Summer Enjoy local culture by visiting one of the many small towns and villages like Chester ,Grafton , Putney and Bellows Falls. Putney is noted for it's Yellow Barn Music Festival every summer, a visit to town also includes a stop at the Basketville Factory Store and the Brandywine Glassworks where craftsmen work the flames of the glass furnace. Bellows Falls is an old-time railroad town, complete with
a touring train ride on the Green Mountain Flyer that goes thirteen miles
into the mountains during the summer and foliage season.
